Customer Support - Entry Level
Full-time | In-person
We are seeking a Support Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your customers. INxSQL Software is a distribution software package (full ERP) with built in CRM, Wireless Warehouse and eCommerce platforms. Our support team is responsible for learning and supporting the entire software solution. We will provide job training for all duties and responsibilities!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer software- INxSQL
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the methods/tools provided
- Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and as a member of a team environment
- Strong people skills, phone service with a smile, active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Basic Understanding of Microsoft Applications (word, excel, outlook etc.)
- Must be a self-directed, self-starting individual, capable of working to their objectives with limited supervision
- Great attitude, willing to learn, be an integral part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (word, excel, outlook etc.)
- Accounting/Bookkeeping skills
- Networking Skills
Company Culture:
We are a small software company based in Waterford, MI with the majority of the company working from headquarters. We have a few remote offices but prefer to keep our support technicians at the main office. Our support team works close together on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
